Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Gift cards
- Items that are damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Our support team will provide return instructions and the return address
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrect item received

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- First, check your bank account again
- Then contact your credit card company or bank (processing times may vary)
- If you still have not received your refund, please contact us
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will resolve it as quickly as possible at no additional cost.
